Can only speak for the Kentucky's online lottery. Mostly play 4 minute Keno, but have played some of the daily games. Probably the most asked question is about collecting winnings. With any winnings over $600, they'll send a check or players can collect at the lottery headquarters the next day. It's easy depositing funds into a player account using the same methods for most online purchases. Only winnings can be withdrawn so I wouldn't suggest anyone depositing too much money at one time. P

Nah that's not the point. I'm looking at it from two different scales. One has more money to play higher games, and the small fish playing pick 3 gets to go? If my 7yr old son magically finds a pattern, and because he can't play because he's underage and tells me numbers to purchase. I'm functioning as a courier right? I wrote a program that looks for patterns in Pick 3 numbers. I would claim that it works well in one very specific way. The program produces zero, one, or maybe two numbers. This keeps me from playing ten, twenty, thirty or even fifty numbers per draw. So it works great to help me keep my cash burn rate way down. And if it ever kicks into gear and starts throwing winners, so much the better!

Does that constitute evidence that I am the greatest Pick 3 lottery picker on earth? Of course not! That is just a reaction to the clown who constantly downvotes my posts. Do I actually believe that i'm the world's greatest lottery player? I don't believe achieving that status is possible. Playing the lottery isn't a sport.
