By the way, my system gives me 1 to 5 numbers for each columns, and then I use 3 additional filters to get it down to 2 to 3 numbers for each column in a Pick 6 game.
And I'm averaging 2 to 3 numbers right most of the time. Im due for a breakthrough any moment now to start hitting 4 to 5 numbers right, and the big bucks will start to roll in. I dont think about hitting jackpots right now. My focus is on the lowered tier prizes and keep building my game up. And when I filter my numbers, it's

Mega Millions and Powerball Race
Even though Powerball is clearly winning this race, the Powerball jackpot is growing at much lower rates than its record runs. Lottery sales for the big national games are down. This is probably the main reason the Mega Millions game was recently changed.
Many of the Powerball records were set when the draws were held twice a week. When they went to three draws per week, naturally sales per draw went down. The current Powerball jackpot at $426 million was reached after 27 rolls. But, the 27

The $29.95 Non-Believerz
I understand your enthusiasm and your search for a method to win big jackpots through the Laws of Probabilistic Mathematics. It's a fascinating idea to unlock the secrets behind games of chance.
The Reality of Mathematics and Jackpots
Probabilistic mathematics is, in fact, the basis of all games of chance. It allows us to calculate the chances of a given event occurring. For example, in a lottery draw, it is possible to calculate the probability of matching all the numbers. This probabili

Impact of "Free Money" on Lottery Spending
I think it's worse than just gasoline. Higher diesel prices affect the cost of everything you buy.
Unlike food (for everyone) and housing (if you rent, and there's property taxes if you own), much of America's gasoline consumption is optional. Biking and public transportation (which I use) use none, and small cars use less than big cars. When I was a kid in the 80's, everyone drove small cars and no one whined about it.
Yesterday I bought four Millionaire for Life tickets. Rather than 4

Except FF5's awarded jackpot's collapsed immediately after the addition of the midday drawing
In that case maybe it's a mystery. When PB went to 3 drawings sales for Wednesday and Saturday went down a bit but the Monday sales more than make up for the loss. I suppose the extra ticket might be a reason some drop out altogether, but I'd think still playing twice a week would be the popular choice.
Something I feel very sure of is that all lotteries care about losing customers, at least to

Florida and Claiming a Jackpot Anonymously
I'd think that most states would have a page about winners on their website to promote the lottery. The page on the NY website may not have every winner of $1 million or more, but they've got plenty of entries for people who won 1 or 2 million (and occasionally more) with a 5+0 prize, plus winners for life. Assuming FL has such a page I'd expect somebody who won $6 million, regardless of the game, to get an entry.
The downside of winning $1 million is that the expense of using a lawyer to cl

Mega Millions and Powerball Race
The Mega Millions jackpot has increased by $27 million to $547 million after 28 consecutive rolls and is the largest Mega Millions jackpot since December 2024. There is only a 2.7% chance the jackpot will be won in the October 7 draw with projected sales of $40.6 million.
Interesting to note, Mega Millions sales were from $45 million to $51 million per draw last month for three consecutive draws when the jackpot was less than $360 million. It appears the reason for the high sales was the Po

LOTTERY POST 25TH ANNIVERSARY GIVEAWAY #4
If I could only play one game for life, I would play Pick 4 for the challenge. MzD is right, Pick 3 is much easier but I like the challenge of trying to forecast that one extra number for a big win. It takes time, but the work is worth the effort.
For example, there's a guy in STL I know that tracked pick 4s religiously. He wagered $40 one evening and won $200,000! I have those aspirations after putting in the work checking systems and doing analysis..perhaps one day I can hit the 6 digit wi

Mega Millions and Powerball Race
The cost to join a pool is $20. The number of people in a pool varies a lot depending on the game played. It is not a work pool. Anyone can join.
The big difference in the pools I am in compared to work pools, is the payment. There is no weekly or monthly payment. Therefore there is no worry about someone missing a payment and questioning whether they are in or not.
With the pools I am in, you pay once to join a pool. Then the pool spends the money plus the money it wins until the pool r

Mega Millions and Powerball Race
I think what winoneday meant was that it was bad luck for the house. In the long run, the average jackpot won will equal the expected value. In a game like this, a drawing every few days with odds of 1 in 300 million, the long run could be many years.
In a short period of time, the players can be lucky which means the house (MUSL) is unlucky.
Unlike other games like pick 3 or any table game or slot machine in a casino, where more jackpots are good for business because the long run for th
