I know the dictionary definition of gambling but I don't see buying a lottery ticket as a risk, more like entertainment and a wish to win. Buying in st a casino or race track or sports book for a few yards is taking a risk.

Chip Polsten was a fantastic public relations director for the Kentucky Lottery. One of the best. He was also a real advocate for lottery players, and always read what people were saying on the Lottery Post forums because he cared about the players, not just the corporate stuff. Being from Kentucky he loves Corvettes too, which is always a plus in my book.

I expressed them as casinos and sports books do and as they are printed on parlay cards. For example a three team parlay pays 6:1. There is not enough room on a parlay card or a sports book odds board to print your explanation. You seem like those who when asked what time it is as one who tells the person asking how to build a watch. YEESH!

Many state lotteries have rules limiting the time one person can monopolize a terminal to avoid a group buying all the combos making how long moot. Some horse racing tracks have an option to buy all the possible trifecta combs on one ticket and a state lottery could book an $584 Million all combos bet on one ticket.
