I am relatively new to the pool and am not too sure on all the rules. The pool manager is based in Canada (so am I) and decides to buy tickets when everyone in the pool can win $1 million in Canadian money after taxes have been deducted. He must have a formula to calculate the taxes and share for each person. He has a relative in the US to buy tickets for the pool.

Maybe so. The problem I see with Elizabeth is she is not good at taking advice. Actually, this is a problem with many people. A couple of months ago, I gave her a thought experiment which helps illustrate the game she should be playing based on her own personal preferences. She has not taken the advice of the result. Oh no, I don't like what am hearing. You are new to the pool and you don't know all the rules. Don't know how many members make up the pool. That's scary. It's always said great lottery pools have laid down rules that members sign against. It's like a legal binding contract.
