The printed time is probably when the retailer terminal produced the ticket, while the EZ Match time may be tied to when that add-on result was registered or displayed by the system. What made me mad is that both sides blamed the other. The lottery can tell how much I spent on scratch-offs because those tickets are eligible for a second chance drawing. In their files is a list of tickets I've scanned for second chance drawing entries. But they decided they would rather stick to their guns and blame the retailer, and while they might be right according to the official rules, I also don't have to play their games. I don't see how a vending machine problem is the retailers responsibility. A vending machine is a way for a store o sell tickets and collect the commission without paying an employee. Why shouldn't equipment the store uses to take your money be the store's responsibility? Lottery retailer responsibilities. I rarely play draw games. The house edge is ridiculous and the odds of winning are absurd. Usually I play the scratch-off games, and I am particular about which ones. When a certain game is only available at that stupid vending machine that has made its way on my ban list, I'm left with nothing to play. Yesterday, before I started this thread, I went to the convenience store down the street and tried to buy the $3 ka-pow bingo. They had none. This idiotic state lottery makes way too many

I've spent $200 on PB tickets and plenty of money on scratch-off tickets at the vending machine at Safeway on Wadsworth 38th Ave in Wheatridge, CO.
