Anti Computerized Lottery Petition
At the Virginia Lottery, we take gaming seriously, making sure that each and every draw takes place under rigid security procedures. After all, every game should abide by certain rules and standards.
Two hours before each draw, three Lottery officials report to the television studio where the draw show is held and go over a thorough checklist that includes:
Randomly selecting the ball sets and the draw machines to be used that evening. Testing the equipment, conducting pretest drawings a

Immediately, No.
1. Lawyer
2. LLC

4. Private Place somewhere
Give it about 6 months to a year, then, Yeah.

Lottery Post for the Hobbyist and Serious Lottery Player
lotterologist, brah, the difference between blackjack and the lottery is that with blackjack the deck is not reshuffled with the dealt cards after after each deal. the state of the deck changes each time the dealer deals a new round, which is something you can keep track of in order to make better decisions. that is the essence of card counting. and the more decks the dealer uses the harder it is to get that small edge.
with the lottery the balls are put right back where they started after e

Great questions, and I appreciate you digging into the actual game rules. Most people never bother reading those.
I've looked into both of those sections before, so here's my take.
The certain information is not available to the general public language in the Ineligibility section is standard legal boilerplate. Every state lottery has something similar. It mostly covers internal security and audit procedures, employee eligibility restrictions, and vendor information. It's not about the win

Money and the Crime of Kidnaping
I realize that you haven't actually threatened to go check it out
That's correct. I wrote my over the top 'gallows humor' post completely tongue in cheek. But someone could rightly challenge me by saying And Just how do I know that? My answer would be Well, you don't. But it's true. That'd be the best response I could give. A fair amount of time has passed since when Artist77 scolded me by asking if anybody else was creeped out by what I wrote, and nobody answered her (probably rhetorical)

Lottery Numbers Aren't Meant To Be Random
No, they do not test it to prevent predictability. There's no need to, because the drawings aren't predictable in the first place. None of those plastic or rubber balls with numbers painted on them care if they were chosen in the last drawing or not. They are physical objects with no memory or ability to know anything.
You need to re-read their website because you are inferring something that isn't there.

If You Won BIG, Would You Perform Risk Management?
A few factors would play into my path forward:
1. After tax amount won. Is it $200M take home? Taking the Annuity or Cash Value(roughly 46% of $200M) minus fed taxes ?
2. Estimation of years life left(plus 5).
3. Purchase of Gold and Silver to cover life expenses for at least 25 years - through private sales and places such as APMEX/Hero Bullion etc.
4. Cash on hand(depends on #1)
5. CDs at multiple local banking facilities
6. Hire the professional....There are numerous

Michigan Weekly Breakdown — Fantasy 5 & Lotto 47 Trend Report (April 4-9)
Hello Rich Tucker Black,
I agree somewhat to disagree in regards to the RNG Draw Games.
I agree that the MI Lottery needs to cover operations for security reasons.
First of all in my opinion, what I had brought up has nothing to do with Pick 3 or Pick 4 games. Those games are televised every day. RNG Pick 5 and Pick 6 games are not.
The rules again simply state... the Lottery Officials (LO's) can eliminate a certain number or a combination of numbers at any time, without notice.

THE ARCHETYPAL BASIC OF CHANCE IN LOTTERIES
The archetypal basis of chance in lotteries can be understood through various lenses, including Carl Jung's analytical psychology, sociology, and even the physics of probability, although the latter does not deal with archetypes in the Jungian sense.
Considering archetypal concepts, we can explore the following foundations:
1. The Archetype of Fate/Luck (Fortuna)
This is perhaps the most straightforward archetype. Luck, or Fortuna, is personified in many cultures as a capricious godde
