Yes, those are definitely correct entries at Lottery Post (I made them myself), and it was a legit promotion. Below is a screengrab from a promotional video at the time. I checked this out. They operate like multi-line video slot machines. For $100, you can bet 50 cents a spin and play for hours. The purpose is to burn time. It is possible to win, but it's unlikely because of the low variance. You're grinding your money down, giving the house an average of 12% of your bet, over and over and over. Technically the NC digital games are not slot machines. They are scratch-off tickets. I looked at one and it has 2,000,000 tickets, of which one is the jackpot.
