Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
I am astounded that you played the same numbers for twenty years. I am impressed by your persistence and patience. I am actually curious. Did you play the same numbers for Powerball, Mega Millions, and the other lotteries in your state? I would think that those numbers would eventually at least come close to win a smaller prize in one of those games over that length of time.
Yes Sir! Same numbers every week. Most I hit was 3 numbers a couple weeks ago. Won 30 bucks.

Mega Millions and Powerball Race
Our pool has their tickets for the Friday Mega Millions draw. We did very well with the multipliers.
In the previous two draw, our highest multiplier was 3 times. But with our new tickets, the lowest multiplier is 3 times! Plus with have 2 tickets with a 5 times multiplier and 1 ticket with a 10 times multiplier.
Good luck to everyone playing on Friday!

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
Good point! I never looked at it that way. For $30, I could play $5 on 6 draws when MM is $700 million and grows to over $2 Billion. The problem I have is that it's just 1 ticket (1 Line) that I get for $5 each time. But for $30, I could play 1 PB ticket for 15 drawings. Also for Powerball, I could get 15 tickets on that drawing for that same $30.00 versus only 6 tickets for Mega Millions.
Honestly, I wish the tickets were still just $1. Even despite inflation, the lotteries would still make

Oh, what could have been...
Mega Millions would have been on average around $2.296 Billion given the same number of rollovers.
Powerball would have been in the Exosphere at around $58 Billion heading to $85 Billion.

Mega Millions and Powerball Race
The buying frenzy for Powerball spilled over to Mega Millions.
I suppose it would be foolish to guess at the logic of people buying lottery tickets, but I don't think it makes any sense to buy a $5 MM ticket just because you're at the store and decided to take a chance on a PB ticket. OTOH, I think it's fairly likely that the people who are basically non-players that decide to take a chance when it's 1 billion + could buy a ticket for the wrong game. At $5 a pop it only takes 3 million tick
