Ney1 is correct and you are wrong, a good sign you did not pay any attention while watching the video..! The order in which lotto numbers are drawn does NOT determine winning numbers at all, instead, the machine uses the previous position of each number to pick numbers thus explaining why lottery numbers appear random during each draw and partly why they repeat. You are just arguing but you have nothing to show to prove any of your points at all. Therefore, Ney1 is correct in everything

I'd think that most states would have a page about winners on their website to promote the lottery. The page on the NY website may not have every winner of $1 million or more, but they've got plenty of entries for people who won 1 or 2 million (and occasionally more) with a 5+0 prize, plus winners for life. I heard this for 2026 Starting January 1, 2026, the federal jackpot tax reporting threshold increases from $1,200 to $2,000 I assume this applies since the huff n puff I have played in casinos is a video slot machine.
