One of the nice features of CoverMaster is how much one can save by taking a small risk on an open cover wheel in place of one with a 100% guarantee. What are you talking about about? The lottery has lots of games. Some have progressive jackpots and some have fixed prizes. Unlike a few casino games, none of them have any play strategy. Selection of which game to play can have a bit of a strategy. I know about that book. It's excellent. I know basic strategy for any rule set, and I know how to count cards. I also know that a three digit lottery game cannot be beat.
