I love when she calls it measly millions It makes me laugh every time I see it. You gotta remember how the price increase was gassed up by the M.S.L.U. They said better odds, faster increases, higher jackpots. So far none of that is true. I'm doing worse since the increase. And the only reason I'm still buying tickets is as I said in numerous other posts. I been playing the same numbers for years. If it wasn't for that. I would have been done when it increased. Interesting, someone else not too long ago posted that ticket sales were less but revenue was up because of the increase in the ticket price.

I agree. This game is hard enough. Charging 5 dollars a ticket is a quick way to go to the poor house. Ohio created another new game for 5 dollars. Do I want to buy two or four tickets for that game or 10 or 20 for the rolling cash five. It's an easy answer. They don't want to increase the numbers anymore. So they just increase the cost of a ticket. Insanity is what it is. I hope they're bringing in less and it stays that way.

Mega Millions 10 Million Increase rollover.
To me, It is as almost a big a mystery as the Guthrie case as to why a jackpot amount on 2-10-26 of $366 million increases to $385 million($19 million) for last night 2-13-26, and only increases 10 million to $395 million for the Tuesday February, 17-2026 drawing? I wonder if more people are waiting for the jackpot to reach $1 Billion especially with the price increase. I don't know if people are waiting for an even billion, but they're definitely waiting longer. The increase if nobody wins tonight is from 843 to 900, but it would have been 843 894 if the interest rate hadn't gone (back) up a bit. The cash increase is $23.6 million. Ok. I stand corrected. Thank you for mentioning this. I wonder if more people are waiting for the jackpot to reach $1 Billion especially with the price increase. I don't play Mega Millions anymore because of the price increase to $5. Honestly, I consistently play Powerball these days, because I fear that Powerball will eventually raise their ticket prices to $5.

Hope all folks that participated in Fridays draw came out ahead. Nothing ventured in either the MM or PB on my part. Only another $166M increase in the Cash Value for the MM and another $30M Cash Value increase for the PB to have the ole piggy bank be broken open and money spent for this player.
