Texas does appear to be easier not to mention cheaper than Florida to claim anonymously. In Florida a player could utilize statue 1024.51 to claim anonymously and fore go using an attorney. That said, after 90 days the Florida Lottery would release the name of the winner to anyone that asks them. Same here..... Mine showed Cloudfare Nashville was having a server problem. The Powerball site was fine. Texas Lottery site was fine Tennessee Lottery was not accessible due to Cloudfare as well.

Update: I just hit another 2 number right on a P6 (Lotto Texas) game yesterday, in a row. Thats the kind of consistency evidence of a strong system. In some of them yes. For Texas I filled that info online then it generates an email with a barcode. Am not concerned about such info, it's already all out in the dark web for 50 cents. Over the years I have received emails from banks, insurance providers, cellular providers, third party vendors for online banking etc about hackings on their sites and information being stolen.

I went on a two week vacation road trip from 7/6 to 7/20, passing through Utah, Nevada, California, Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, and Colorado. I bought multi draw progressive jackpot in all the States that offer the lottery. The longest run was 20 days for the CA super lotto. So after the final draw, I had winners from all the states, mailing them is the only option since I don't live in the above States.
