No. It means either they have bought few tickets and were lucky, or they've bought lots of tickets and chose not to upload pics of losing tickets. Either one is understandable. A consistent winning streak of frequent plays over 15 years is statistically impossible.

I prefer to pick my own numbers. I use a mixture of top 20 numbers, longest out numbers, repeat numbers that just ended a long run of not coming up and my lucky numbers. I am however open to suggestions. Hopefully you will send out an email giving the most used methods. Thanks

That's why you don't pick sequences, patterns on the playslip, or lucky numbers 7 and 11 and birthday numbers (1 to 31). If you win, you'll be sharing it with lots of other people who did the same thing. I remember when this happened once many years ago in Texas. The winning numbers were 7, 11 and low numbers = 31. Lots of people split the jackpot.
