Once in a blue moon powerball X10
You're the one who asked about the MegaMillions multiplier. Why ask if you're going to respond with a nasty reply of this is a Powerball thread ? And if you were well aware on how it works, then why did you ask? I eagerly await your idiotic reply.

Once in a blue moon powerball X10
The Powerplay add-on would be more popular if they didn't have that stupid rule that the x10 is not available when the jackpot exceeds $150 million. The multiplier doesn't apply to the jackpot. Why do they care if people get a x10 on lower prizes? It should also apply to the second prize of $1 million. The odds of hitting that are so low, the higher payouts on that would add a whopping 8 cents to the expected value of a $1 bet.

Powerball
I played PB and MM that way but when MM went to $5, I stopped playing MM regularly and only play sometimes if the mood hits me. I haven't figured out a system for it yet that won't be too expensive. At most I only play once a week with one ticket and many weeks I don't play MM at all. I did decide to play tonight and have 1 ticket with a 3X multiplier. Who knows, it might be the one. Good luck to all players.

Pennsylvania Cash Pop Starting November 18 2025
So the minimum multiplier is x5. Odds of winning are 1:15, if you play a single number. If you play 5 different numbers, you have 1/3 (5:15) probability of winning, and if you win you at least get back the $5 you played, but you could win with higher multipliers. Quite fun, I must say .....

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
Considering 189,977,424 $5.00 MM combos won't match one number or the bonus number, playing games like Lucky for Life, Cash Ball 225 and Texas Two Step gives more chances to actually win something. For the same $5 the 10,000 to 1 odds of winning $25,000 playing pick 4 is much better than the 893,761 to 1 MM odds of matching 4 + 1 to win at least $10,000 depending on what the multiplier is. Granted the prize could be $100,000 but that doesn't change the odds. It should be obvious why MUSL bel

MM $5, PB $2, Powerplay $1I
I find your perspective interesting because it is completely opposite to mine. I like the pool I joined because they do not play power play for the Powerball game. Since the pool is going to divide the winnings among all the members of the pool, I want the pool to only spend money on the largest prize possible. It is different for Mega Millions. We do not have a choice. The multiplier is built in. Why do you want the power play included in the pool?
