You Can't Lose If You Don't Play
That's not proof that you can do what I did!
You need to:
1. Choose a state (not California, so you can't copy my list but make your own)
2. Select 286 3 digit combinations
3. Name the date one will fall
If you cannot replicate what I did, your opinion is a BFD.

Oregon lottery kept my $1500 winning ticket
Hi my name is Howard Drummond. A few months ago I won a jackpot at Jake's tavern on se Milwaukee Ave in Portland Oregon. I won it on the second machine from the door on a game called huff n puff during the bonus it gave me the major jackpot it payed $1500 and printed out a ticket right away. My friend Tim spreager was with me when I won. I didn't have a car so getting down to Wilsonville wasn't easy, so a friend of mine Shelby I owed him some money and told him that I won and showed him the tick

Lucky For Life to Millionaire For Life - $5 Ticket
I've been reading the posts in this thread and it seems to me that the consensus of opinion is most people intend to play Millionaire4Life despite the $5 per line price tag. In other threads about paying $5 for one line of MM, many players say the game is doomed at that price point. I think an important point is being over looked by many players.
In the gaming industry, Las Vegas, MUSL and state lottery's have something in common. The house always wins because the house can afford to lose. T

Lucky For Life to Millionaire For Life - $5 Ticket
I re-did the calculations and it's the typical draw game, in terms of payback %.
But it is still far better than MM, in my opinion. Here's why:
Probability of winning the top prize is just over 12 times better. $18 million (or the annuity of $1 million/year) is still life-changing money.
M4L (Millionaire for Life) has no silly multipliers. You win exactly what it says on the prize chart for matching x number of balls.
MM (and PB) is a progressive jackpot game, which is why it can

New Money and Old Money
Something exists that I can't recall ever reading about here at The Lottery Post, so I thought I'd start this thread so members can comment on it.
Old Money (wealthy people with a long history of their family having big money like The Kennedy's or Rockefellers) ) does not like New Money. (Anybody that has new found wealth)
For instance Donald Trump is considered New Money by Old Money. There was a time when Old Money would not ever think of him as a friend. At least they never used to li

I'm done playing the lottery
I had guys that I worked with come to me and say I can't believe they're letting you go. You lave forgotten more than anybody will know, but management obviously does not understand that. My response was always the same - Who cares? I don't.
I also was fully aware that at some point in time they would realize the knowledge I possessed had value, but I was never called back. I did return to IBM as a contractor, BUT!! I made darn sure the job I took was a clerical position with zero pressure.

Outrage! Oklahoma holds digit 3 out for 20 days
All the games with a 20+ skip count from the previous list I posted have hit in the last two days. The only current 20+ skip count is Kansas Combined with digit 3 currently at 20 skips.
As a side note Doubles have a expected skip similar to any digit. (2.70 versus 2.69) Expected skip is 1 - p(E) / p(E)
Michigan Midday currently has a skip count of 17 for doubles.
Texas Morning currently has a skip count of 16 for doubles
Texas Midday currently has skip count of 15 for doubl

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
Powerball's increase of $8.8 Million is pretty consistent with a Monday drawing.
We like Powerball's transparency with Jackpot changes.
Below we can see the change in Annuity, Cash and the Sales values all move fairly well with each other.
Powerball doesn't give a false perception of Jackpot growth.
Mega Millions, however, we can see the disconnect of the Annuity changes relative to the changes in Cash and the Sales for each drawing at the beginning of a Jackpot Run.

About those NC Digital Online Games...What's the verdict?
I asked the search engine about NC digital instant games and what money they take in vs what money they pay out. I asked the question b/c the games seem to just take your money and never give you anything substantial. Below is the response, but I am having trouble believing that they pay out 87% of proceeds. Nonetheless, I do believe the part that says that even though they are taking in more $$ with these games, that they are contributing less to the education system than they did before the di

Answer Me This...
A mystery?? Nah. Not to me anyway. Not after reading Tokecap's incredibly good post above. (BTW - I think it's the single best post I've ever seen written on The LP, but that's just one man's opinion)
Tokecap's post made it very clear to me that we as members of the lottery playing public have zero visibility as to how state lotteries run their businesses behind the scenes. All players can see is the results of the decisions they made.
You're located in New York, so I know you're aware
