Why would they want a jackpot to roll without a winner? Just for fun? They're salaried employees so there's no financial incentive. If they're going to cheat, they'll do it Eddie Tipton style and buy tickets with numbers the rigged RNG will pick. Trying to game the thing not to pick someone else's numbers is more complicated.

I ran the test on all 17,000 draws And two lottery employees were caught cheating ONE time. Maybe not the best logic, but Eddie Tipton created RNG outcomes several times. So it's a fact the outcomes of both live ball and RNG drawings can be manipulated and known before the drawing. Perry was caught because bookies found out the fix was in.

Someone giving you alleged future winning numbers is meaningless since in reality, no one will ever know what numbers will win unless there is Eddie Tipton type fraud. If you play numbers someone gives you and you buy the ticket with no promises, the $ is yours. No one can claim a set of numbers belonged to them alone. And as Brock Lee said, no fraud.

The employees in the PA scandal and Eddie Tipton were rigging the lottery to benefit themselves and their friends.
