Every Lottery Player Think About This For A Second...
Edward Tippton, The pa pick 3 scandel! This --- BALTIMORE (WBFF) Many players of Maryland's lottery games are chilled by the findings of a recent audit which reveals that the same people are winning Maryland's top lottery prizes over and over again. The state legislative audit of Maryland's Lottery Agency revealed that, in a one-year period, eight players had won top lottery prizes 200 or more times. In the state's Pick 4 game, where the odds of winning are one-in-10,000, auditors found

About those NC Digital Online Games...What's the verdict?
states should audit lotteries for excessive operations costs and excessive salaries, but never for paying out too much in prizes. without attractive prizes nobody would play these dumb games. giving back us fools some of what we wasted on the lottery is why we keep coming back for more.

Anti Computerized Lottery Petition
part of the problem with computerized drawings is that state lotteries use third party vendors to make overly elaborate computer programs that the lottery employees themselves cannot easily audit because they're run on some proprietary systems. an eighth grader could write a simple python or javascript program to generate lottery numbers. this is not difficult stuff. and it would be cheaper to do this in-house. but probably some lottery officials get kickbacks for outsourcing every single l

Lottery is not random it's predetermined
The idea that the IOWA lottery let a guy write an RNG, let that same guy have access to the machines without random supervision and witnesses, and used his code without an independent audit boggles my mind. Me too. I would think that episode would be burned into every lottery in the country, whether it's RNG or ball drawn, so that never happens again. I wouldn't say it can't happen again, but highly unlikely. Also, some on here are convinced that state lottery LO's are the cheater

Every Lottery Player Think About This For A Second...
How does them rigging a pick 3 game not affect you? The numbers you played could have come out instead of the loaded balls. And tons of other people who played that nights numbers could have come out. Was there ever an audit after this happened to see if pryor draws where rigged? How do you know scratchers aren't rigged? Do you honestly think there gonna send out. Let's say a 5 million dollar scratcher and not know where it went? Seems like a Lotta money to be floating around. That no one knows

Every Lottery Player Think About This For A Second...
I'm gonna explain this to you in nitwit . I guess that's your native language? All this time I thought you didn't know the correct words and had a 4th grade mastery of spelling and grammar. The state legislative audit of Maryland's Lottery Agency revealed that, in a one-year period, eight players had won top lottery prizes 200 or more times. I know you're fairly new here, but that's the same story that's been told at least a dozen times. Most people read it the first time, and even

Michigan Weekly Breakdown — Fantasy 5 & Lotto 47 Trend Report (April 4-9)
Great questions, and I appreciate you digging into the actual game rules. Most people never bother reading those. I've looked into both of those sections before, so here's my take. The certain information is not available to the general public language in the Ineligibility section is standard legal boilerplate. Every state lottery has something similar. It mostly covers internal security and audit procedures, employee eligibility restrictions, and vendor information. It's not about the win

Lottery Numbers Aren't Meant To Be Random
I'm seeing sermons on LP by certain posters preaching that lottery numbers are random. They believe these numbers are ran like a slot machine with the numbers being produced by a computer-based RNG. And they believe we, as players, won't ever be able to predict the next numbers unless we know the seed value and the formula, ...... the harvesting, the gathering, the purging..... So, I took the initiative to research the game I play: Lotto Texas. And I learned its ran by a mechanical

DC 5 Lottery needs to be audited immediately. The same thing that happened to Tennessee in 2007
This was bought to my attention from jimjwright regarding my prior post of DC Pick 5 1-200 million odds As of right now Dc 5 has played all single digits 36 times in a row. Not 1 duplicate digit has been played in the 36 draws. Duplicate digits make up roughly 70% of the numbers. Mathematically this is impossible and seems to be what happened to pick 3 and Pick 4 in Tennessee in 2007 Tenn. Lottery audit: players spent $2 million on worthless tickets $2M in tickets un

Lottery is not random it's predetermined
I've always believed that state lotteries truly want winners, especially big jackpot winners. What does rigging a draw do for the state? I think there are two obvious reasons for the lotteries themselves to rig the game(s). One would be so that a few insiders could divert prize money to themselves. The other, and better, IMHO, reason would be to allow a jackpot to continue growing in order to boost sales. The problem is that no matter how much the people running the lottery might apprec
