I agree but he is not an accident insurances or class action attorney, so other attorneys DO NOT take a percentage of your win. It is considered unethical as well per the rules of conduct. I am not sure why people continue to think this is how it works.
He will either give you an estimated flat fee based on the estimated number of hours of work involved or an hourly rate. The amount of the win is meaningless.
