I know the dictionary definition of gambling but I don't see buying a lottery ticket as a risk, more like entertainment and a wish to win. Buying in st a casino or race track or sports book for a few yards is taking a risk.

Chip Polsten was a fantastic public relations director for the Kentucky Lottery. One of the best. He was also a real advocate for lottery players, and always read what people were saying on the Lottery Post forums because he cared about the players, not just the corporate stuff.
