Yes that's a good wager strategy but my system has no risk.. All joking aside yes if you want to win the lotteries money some form of betting budget/strategy must be put in place win or loose but who really is in any lottery game to loose?? I think most come here to lp for the key to the jigsaw puzzle and find out its one of those 10,000 piece twister shape morphing puzzles that seem to not sit still to apply a budget against to win. Budget betting 2018, "Cans and Bottles".
Hello everyone. Many of you may have seen my article I wrote regarding budgeting for 2018. Well so far I have stuck to it even though the New Year has just begun. And I intend to stick with it with an exception to the rule. But the exception is a strong one. Maybe 1 day I'll share the exception with you, it will floor you. LOL MY BUDGET IS IN PLACE!!! I hear what you are saying, but truely I believe that lightning will not strick twice for her. In one life time we have a chance for lightning to strike once in a life time. She said what is a budget? I took that to mean that she has enough money that she doesn't have to live on a budget. Maybe I read it wrong! I'm saying it would be nice to have so much money that I'm like, what is budget?; have no idea what that means lol

Some people may only budget $15- $20 per month towards playing the lottery so the $7.95 platinum membership would eat up half their budget. I wouldn't call people on a strict budget a bum but someone who may have other priorities that they need to address.
