If I really believed TX Lottery was cheating players, I wouldn't spend another dollar. If a player really believes his or her state lottery is cheating players, but that player keeps buying lottery tickets, such a player is mentally not all there .

The lottery has no incentive to cheat you and make you lose. In the long run, you're going to lose anyway. The incentive for cheating lies with people who try to use the lottery to win themselves money, such as the latex painted balls in PA or the Eddie Tipton scam. The people who run the lottery don't get the keep any money they could get from cheating the players. They are paid a salary to run a game that only the state benefits from. What's their incentive for trying to thwart players

I think we've hear this all the time. It's the old, since the lottery isn't picking my numbers that means they are cheating. My proof is self evident. If they aren't picking my numbers they are cheating! End of story.

In real life the lottery officials would be doing investigating if the same person won pick 3 every day to make sure there isn't any cheating going on like someone who was paying someone like Eddie Tipton to give them rigged winning, numbers.
