Chip Polsten was a fantastic public relations director for the Kentucky Lottery. One of the best. He was also a real advocate for lottery players, and always read what people were saying on the Lottery Post forums because he cared about the players, not just the corporate stuff. Being from Kentucky he loves Corvettes too, which is always a plus in my book.

Your counter examples are only for the late draws. 35 consecutive draws for Pick 3 in the Midday/Evening have been singles. 35 consecutive draws for Pick 4 in the Midday/Evening have been singles. 35 consecutive draws for Pick 5 in the Midday/Evening have been singles.
