How soon till the next $ Billion $ Jackpot?
You're fixating on the percentage increase and completely missing the point. A 15.44% increase from a jackpot of 136 isn't the same as a 15.44% increase from a jackpot of 40 or 500. You seem to think that the 15.44% increase from 136 to 157 is smaller than the 28% increase from 75 to 96, but they're both the exact same $21 million.
We know that, in general, sales are less than they were in the past, so the typical increase for any given jackpot tends to be less now than it was a year or two a

Mega Millions Drawing Increase
I do not see anything sketchy at all with the exact ten million increase after each draw. Especially after the increase to $5 a ticket. Nope it is not suspicious in the least, it is all on the up and up.

Does the increase in the return on bonds increase the payout on annuity's
I watch way too much business news - with the rise in the bond rate (rate of return) do the annuity rates go up? I thought they were based on the bond rate? Hoping someone smarter than me can help, thanks.

Powerball's 15 million dollar increase - why?
The PB jackpot went from $70 mil to $85 mil. I was expecting only a $10 million increase just like the other time the jackpot was $70 mil. What explains the 15 million dollar increase?

Powerball Changes
As I understand it, the $20,000,000 increase applies only to the starting jackpot. Since nobody won, it doesn't apply now. The minimum jackpot increase doubled to $10,000,000, and the current jackpot increase is in excess of that amount. As I understood the change, the increase is consistent with the new rules.

Mega Millions and Powerball Race
This jackpot increase is surprisingly less than the previous increase.
The cash increase of $20 million is the biggest increase of the run, beating the previous increase by $1.2 million.

Why are lump sum jackpot payouts shrinking?
One observation I have noticed with Powerball, is the overall weekly increase with rollovers is the same with the 3rd drawing added in. The increase in jackpot from Saturday to Monday is always a good bit less than the increase from Wednesday to Saturday. Adding, in the 3rd drawing was just a cash grab to increase revenues without actually increasing the jackpot over a weekly time period. So even though you have more drawings, it does not correspond to a higher jackpot relative to the two drawin

How to increase chances of winning big pots with gas
All players who drive should basically buy quick picks of higher prize games at gas stations usually 5 at a time if you have access to many stations play less on each, try it. If you drive why go to the same place all the time when you could increase your chances. Also consider scratch tickets , get what you can afford, if you can afford to throw away in a garbage can whatever amount, then you can play with that amount. Any traveler can increase chances dramatically. If you decide not to do this

When Mega Millions Goes To $2/Ticket
What terms should I Google to find this information? I don't see any tweets from MUSL about a Mega Millions price increase (do they even have a Twitter feed?), don't see any articles about a Mega Millions price increase and can't find any industry buzz other than online forums posts by lottery players.
Mega Millions has seen an increase in sales from the folks who left Powerball after the price increase. If they, too, increase the price of their ticket, they'll lose those players and, probab
