Hmmm, it's very interesting that you'd make such an assertion, psykomo, and I'm actually not sure if this is intended hyperbole or to be taken seriously. For me, though, I take it seriously and I'm here to tell you, Sir, that you're right on the money...literally. Both Eddie and his brother Tommy Tipton are Republicans and were over the security aspects of lottery drawings which were, in fact rigged, so they could win along with their Republican conspirers.
