I just noticed there is a change in plans for our pool. The pool bought both Mega Millions and Powerball tickets this time. Mega Millions for Friday and Powerball for Saturday. That would really be something if the pool won both games on the same weekend. There would be one heck of an investigation. The Mega Millions tickets had one 5 times multiplier and one 4 times multiplier. No multiplier option selected for the Powerball tickets.

Lol. For very large wins, lotteries have to do basic due diligence for legal reasons. Asking when and where you got your ticket would be part of a vetting process. Advising anyone to lie says a lot about some people. So someone comes forward and you lied about the origin of your ticket. Do you think you would be afforded any credibility at that point??? You would set yourself up for a long investigation and possible lawsuit. Why would anyone with any degree of common sense do that???
