that's not a big reason, it's a minor reason. upscale grocery chains sell lottery tickets and wealthy people still buy their own groceries. the 2021 morro bay, california powerball winner bought his at a mid-to-upper tier grocery store. morro bay is hella expensive and most residents there are what we'd call rich. i will keep rooting for stats to keep buying his tickets in the rich part of town so he can win and become a sensational lottery news story.

Oregon lottery kept my $1500 winning ticket
Hi my name is Howard Drummond. A few months ago I won a jackpot at Jake's tavern on se Milwaukee Ave in Portland Oregon. Something I should have added to my original post...... I couldn't care less if the lottery is random or not. I pay absolutely no attention to anybody that thinks it is.
