Oregon Lottery Corruption

I am the person who just ended 3 Lottery schemes and have been exposing a multi billion dollar ponzi like scheme by falsifying prize tickets and inflating prizes and revenues. Billions are money laundered through illegal and unregulated VLT's each year. Why? So the State of Oregon could use these falsified Lottery net proceeds to sell over $8 Billiion in Lottery Revenue bond debt obligations now owed. Many articles and

Oregon Lottery Corruption
i see you submit a lot of public comments to the oregon lottery commission meetings https://www.oregonlottery.org/about/how-we-operate/commission-and-director-info/ but a person has to submit a public records request to see them. you should post all your public comments on your substack too.

Secrets of a lottery lawyer-Kurt Panouses interview
I used to drive to Oregon when Idaho first bundled the multiplier for my convenience. I used that as my protest for about a year and a half, then got tired of the hour drive over there and an hour back. Montana and Wyoming are too far to drive. Wyoming is about 5 hours one way and Montana is farther I think.

Any Millionaire for Life Winners?
It changed a few years ago. I actually drove to Oregon to buy tickets for a couple years out of protest, but it's an hour away so I finally relented and started buying them here again.

Oregon lottery kept my $1500 winning ticket
Look I'm not here to have you think that you know me enough to be advising me on what I should or shouldn't be doing. Not that I need to explain in anymore detail to you the situation but I play vp about 10 to 12 times per year. Yes $1500 would be very useful for my family as it would be for most families. But just for my own piece of mind I have never nor would I ever use money to gamble instead of using it for something my family needs. The oregon lottery is acting like I done something wrong
