New York- The Million Dollar Raffle
New Yorkers do play raffle games... except they do it in Pennsylvania.
New York's border state of Pennsylvania has been holding their Millionaire Raffle for more than the last 20 consecutive years.
They sell just 500,00 tickets, ($20 each) tickets sales run from November 4, 2025 to January 3, 2025. Odds are 125,000 to 1 to win one million dollars due to the fact they award four one million dollar prizes. I can't ever recall a Millionaire Raffle drawing where they didn't sell all 500,000

Pennsylvania Cash Pop Starting November 18 2025
So another state is joining the Cash Pop game craze.
One thing of interest is that Brightstar Global owns the Cash Pop name.
Didn't Brightstar allegedly have a data breach in October 2025?
Does the PA Lottery know about this?

Any Millionaire for Life Winners?
Just a heads up to players in Pennsylvania. The Millionaire for Life game is buy one, get one free today, 3/10/26. I was feeling lucky and played one and when the lady ran my betslip, it kicked out a free QP. Not sure how long this promo is going to last. I said to her, they must not be selling and she said not so much.

South Carolinians !! We're finally able to use our debit cards to play the lottery
I saw that exact situation happen here in Pennsylvania. Shortly after it became legal to buy lottery with a debit card, the person in line ahead of me tried to buy with a debit card and the clerk wasn't able to do it. IIRC, the clerk admitted that she hadn't been trained yet on the steps needed to accept debit for lottery. But I can see how in some cases, the clerk might not be willing to admit that.

The Florida Millionaire Raffle is back!
This just in to The Interesting to Note But Nobody Cares Department -
This time around The Florida Lottery did in fact revamp this edition of The Millionaire Raffle. I think they probably copied some ideas that were instituted by The Pennsylvania Millionaire Raffle. I'm a transplant from the Northeast to Florida, and I used to live less than an hour's drive of Pennsylvania. PA has offered their version of a Millionaire Raffle every Fall for many years. I made the trip over to PA each Fall qu

CASH POP ALL STATES 2026
Pennsylvania just added this recently. I've played it once or twice. It didn't seem all that exciting. Payoffs are PRNG with 50% of the time being the minimum payout which is $5 on a $1 bet.
F23ff, are you playing this often? If so, what do you like about it and what's the highest amount you've won so far?

You Can't Lose If You Don't Play
I generated a list of 286 numbers using the randbetween function in a spreadsheet yesterday, then compared that list to the Pick 3 draw history in Pennsylvania (mid and eve) going back to the date you posted your California prediction list. I didn't look for box hits, just straight and was surprised to find 22 matches. Not sure how that compares to your California list, but I was definitely surprised that a random list had that many matches. I'm going to try randbetween lists of a much smaller n

because in lotteries the more you study, the more difficult it becomes to predict the next draw
Think about what the draw history represents... it is not all of the draws on the PRNG or ball machine, as they all run test draws... it is a record of the combos they paid out on.
Pennsylvania evening pick 3 has been going since the late 1970s... EVERY straight combo has been drawn at least 5 times, some over 30 times.
We know that the draws are random, and that past draws are independent of future draws, we also know that each position in the pick 3 is an independent variable. We also
