Private Selection
The old timers had a Pick 3 System called Next Day's Play but it was only good for the following day hence the title. Do your potential customers need to receive your guaranteed pairs on a day to day basis ??

LOTTERY POST 25TH ANNIVERSARY GIVEAWAY #3

Remember, a winning jackpot system only needs to work once. If you had something workable and profitable for the pick 3, you would draw from the system s-l-o-w-l-y and do things like switch up retailers where you cash them in... aim for weekly rather than daily hits. Every lottery agency legally rips off millions of people several times a day... but an individual who could beat the system would be seen as a threat... and we know what government agencies do to threats...

classic questions on lottery forums

But there was too many losers between the hits so I dropped it altogether. This was before I ever started writing Python code, all excel (including VBA macros). Now that I can

Lottery Post for the Hobbyist and Serious Lottery Player
I'm not negative, I'm realistic. I'm not assuming pick 3 cannot be beat. I know that it cannot be beat. The lottery picks three digits independent of any drawing they have ever done. It is similar to playing the first hand of a deck in blackjack. The casino has the edge and they will win in the long run. In blackjack, the composition of the remaining cards can favor the player after the first hand. But in the lottery, they don't pick numbers from whatever is left. They dump the drawn balls b
