DC 5 Lottery needs to be audited immediately. The same thing that happened to Tennessee in 2007
This was bought to my attention from jimjwright regarding my prior post of DC Pick 5 1-200 million odds As of right now Dc 5 has played all single digits 36 times in a row. Not 1 duplicate digit has been played in the 36 draws. Duplicate digits make up roughly 70% of the numbers. Mathematically this is impossible and seems to be what happened to pick 3 and Pick 4 in Tennessee in 2007 Tenn. Lottery audit: players spent $2 million on worthless tickets $2M in tickets un

Anti Computerized Lottery Petition
Are u guys sure. This is from AI--------- The Virginia Lottery Pick 5 game uses a computer-generated system to determine winning numbers, not a traditional ball draw . The game features two daily drawings at 1:59 PM and 11 PM where a computer system selects the winning numbers from 0-9. The optional Fireball add-on is also determined through this digital process. [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ] Game Type: Computer-generated numbers.

Powerball
It doesn't matter what lotterology is. There is no system that can predict randomly drawn numbers in future drawings. You would need a time machine. The standard deviation is the square root of the variance. The variance in the number of hits from a list for pick 3 is not terribly difficult to calculate. I did the calculation and shared my results in that thread. The method of selection for what numbers to put on a list is irrelevant.

pick3 3 groups
In Pick 3 (a game with 3 digits, 0-9 in each position), many people use the concept of digit skips/delays to create filters and try to reduce the number of combinations played. The most common system for lag groups is to divide digits into 3 categories depending on how many draws they are delayed (haven't appeared): Short (small/recent delay) digits that appeared recently Medium (moderate delay) digits in between Long (large delay/hot-cold) digits that haven't appeared for a long t

Had this type of the odds are debates many times and usually both sides are saying the same thing but expressing it differently. Some divide the number of outcomes by the number of chances and others divide the number chances by the number of outcomes and get a percentage. In the first example 1000 divided by 2 equals 500 to 1. In the second, 2 divided by 1000 equal .002 which is the inverse of 500 to 1. Most standard calculators have a inverse 1/x button. If we put in 500 and hit the 1/x b
