The New Hampshire Lottery Website does in fact lists payouts to consistent Pick 3 and Pick 4 winners. The question arises: Are these people members of the Steve Player test group ( who receive his systems weeks; maybe months before their actual publication ?

I have no clue! I've seen those same players name on the NH Lottery website as well, wondering are they using Steve Players systems? There a handful that are doing pretty good with Pick 3 and Pick 4.

I think over the years people have figured out the marketing for Steve Player and his systems. It's up to the players to purchase or not, marketing is part of selling and he/they have been in the game for a long time now.
