I don't look at the worksheets enough to notice usually but they increased the annuity and the estimated sales but the cash is still listed the same as before at $498. Any idea why? I absolutely understand what you are saying, but this circumstance isn't quite like that. And, I actually worded that line pretty poorly in that post. Here is why.
