I too have had 'trouble' with what's being argued so passionately in this thread. When I lived in the Northeast, although I lived in New York State, I lived in close proximity to Pennsylvania. There were about 9.5 million tickets sold and it's fairly safe to assume that no more than 80%, or a maximum of 7.55 million, were QP.
