Lottery Revenue Targets
Education seems to be a major player with lotteries as far as the majority of revenue is allocated to. I'd be curious to see the selection LP members would make had they picked their ideal way of using the revenue given the choice.

Odds Don't Change When Jackpot Goes UPReply
If the object is that a sniper hits one target with one shot then a second sniper would in fact double their chances of hitting the target. But how can the odds change to 1 in 50,000 when the second sniper would still have 99,999 targets to choose from? How does adding a second sniper eliminate 49,999 possible targets?

Me too Shot Sharpshooter in the Army , would have had expert , but some of the targets wouldn't go down , as they were so full of holes ( I could see the bullets hitting in the dirt on the backside of the targets , where they passed right through them , but the targets still wouldn't go down ) Complained to the drill sergeant about it , but all he said was Keep shooting soldier I am glad you are coming along , as I will need all the help I can get , down in them hi

Since each MM number is used in 341,055 combos, those are your odds against matching all five numbers when using all 56 numbers on 12 lines. You can only slightly improve those odds because up to four of those numbers can be used twice. These odds are fixed and outcome can't change them because you're guaranteed to match all five numbers in five of those lines. You have to consider the odds against having all 56 numbers and just based on the five QPs I'm looking at with only 22 different numb

We also looked at vTrks. This is the same as the totals I mentioned earlier. Game data on the left. Total data on the right. As far as the Long column, I didn't realize i had failed to black it out. Its not necessary for this purpose. All it shows is the longest period between results of that particular vTrk. Ok, here are the first results of the 2/3 rule used on Odd/Even patterns. There are 32 possible patterns and I have filtered down to 13, of which I chosen 3 as my primary targets. We'll see how it goes after tonight's draw.

Happy to see the woman from Nc win, but the personally she was crazy showing her winning ticket on Tv , I bet now her babies daddy will be around more and maybe get child support from her now. I am a big fan of the advanced play feature of lottery tickets and also have an yearly subscription to Megamillions so really I am playing even when I am not. I think your thread mainly targets those people who play pick 3 pick 4 and keno and scratch offs and those are not my specialty. Maybe thats why I never won anything yet, wazaa!
