It's an RNG state, but this happens in ball states too. In states with two drawings a day, after the day number is drawn, there's a 1 in 1000 chance the number will come up again that night. It's also interesting that six of the seven triples drawn in a row were 111 or 555. It reminds me of the Texas Lottery (a ball state) in the second half of 2012 (plus the first triple of 2013). They were still doing two drawings a day back then, Monday-Saturday.
