Hi my name is Howard Drummond. A few months ago I won a jackpot at Jake's tavern on se Milwaukee Ave in Portland Oregon. Yes that's the convo @playslips. He didn't fiscally get the ticket. He got the credit for the ticket. The machine was printing his tickets still when i scanned my voucher. Brock Lee, This one might make people 'luckier', not blocking others from getting to a lottery machine because you put money in it and are using the front of the machine to scratch the instant ticket you bought.

Apparently they are continuing to update the databases for both the p3 and p4 . They are posting on the NM website and charging for tickets the machine won't print. If a clerk is unaware then the slip is fed in t h e machine and charges for a ticket the the system won't print.

I agree. Being kind or helpful is buying food or gas, etc for a person in need. If the ticket is a bonus fun thing in addition to food, then I can understand. When I stop at a grocery store lottery machine, I have had men offer me a ticket. I always say no thanks. But other women will take the ticket. It creeps me out. If there is a jp winner in that store, the gift giver could claim he lost his ticket or I promised to split it with him.
