I don't know of any help anyone here could give you. Looks like you need to find a way to get to the lottery office to make your case. Since you need money for your family, stay away from the video lottery establishments. That is a quick way to spend a lot of money quickly.

In the video I watched, this guy gave a couple examples of how he was able to find a way for his client to claim anonymously in states that were not anonymous. In one state he said he studied the wording of the law and worked with the state Attorney General who agreed with his interpretation. I guess I'd have to get a signed agreement that he can do that in Idaho, and if not, I owe him only a few hundred bucks for his time investigating it.

The only thing I've ever seen about lottery officials (and store owners who sell tickets) pointing guns at lottery players and winners was a video posted by some clown selling a system to beat the lottery.

people calling him before they even win is hilarious. he should do a video about all the crazies who contact him. can he practice law in georgia? has he been contacted by any georgians who claim the lottery has been stalking them and purposely dodging on their numbers? what are his thoughts on people signing their tickets 'i know nothing'?

It's impossible to create a video of a PowerPlay number being generated. How can anybody actually see software that's executing/running on a server? What would there be to see? A server sitting in a data center, and then a voiceover would say The computer you're looking at is running a Random Number Generator program? But your point about he good old days is well taken. G5
