Can a member from Virginia help me out?
I need some help from someone who resides in Virginia. I would rather not get into too much depth on the forums about it, but it involves submitting a FOIA request, and need to be done by someone who lives in the state.
If you live in Virginia and can donate a little bit of time to help me out, please send me a private message .
I'll lock this thread once I've worked it out with someone.
Thank you!

Secrets of a lottery lawyer-Kurt Panouses interview
Exactly. Or cash for life. Since Virginia previously had that $10 million threshold for anonymity, might have happened in Virginia.

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
The Virginia lottery website doesn't say any thing about it but it does say you can pick some numbers and quick pick the rest.

Every Lottery Player Think About This For A Second...
Virginia drew 4444 and because it was so popular, they paid out $7.9 million in winnings. I guess Virginia isn't part of the scam?
Yes, the lottery makes lots of money, but that money gets spent by the state. It does not go to lottery workers pockets. They don't benefit personally. Unless they're thieves, but that can be anywhere, including lottery retailers where they scam people who have winning tickets by lying to them. That is far more widespread than cheating by lottery workers, and you

That's not what I saw on the Virginia lottery site when I clicked on Mega Millions, where did you see it? The site also suggests quick picks when you click on Mega Millions so why would it do that if you can't pick numbers?

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
There have been a lot of topic posts started about Mega Millions, so don't know if this fits here. A friend of mine who lives in Virginia told me they do not allow game cards for Mega now. You can only buy quick pick tickets at retailers. You can only pick your own numbers if you play through their online site.

Ontario Pick 3 - So Many Doubles!
I remember my first week of Junior Year in college at William Mary. The daytime 3-ball was 844 on Monday, 366 on Tuesday, 888 on Wednesday, 677 on Thursday, and 766 on Friday - back pairs for five days straight. So, I decided to wager $1 on all the back pairs for the Saturday daytime draw. Back pair was a playable option in Virginia then, so my wager would have been $10 for a $100 prize. Of course, the pattern didn't hold, they drew 183, and I won nothing.
