I have purchased both of Walsh's books, Pick 3 Pick 4, hardcopy, from Amazon (approx. $47 each). His Pick 3 System IS NOT COMPLICATED at all, it is simply VTRACS in DISGUISE. Robert Walsh has taken the VTRAC Methodology and CAMOUFLAGED it with his own Spin and Twist, and claimed it as his own. I don't know where TODD originally got the VTRAC CHARTS from on LP, or if this Information is Copywritten by TODD or someone else, or is freely available for Public dissemination, or not. You are absolutely correct APA,Lotteryprograms should be used as a tool to increase chances of winning and that is all they can do. The ultimate decisions are still yours. Some make better choices when considering what variables to use .I play a base number that generates all possible combos. If I pick the right base number then I win If I pick the wrong number then oh well ...try again .Now if I could pick the right base all the time then I would be in sdventh heaven...but that is not the case.
