Arkansas lottery winner of $1.8 billion Powerball jackpot comes forward
Congrats to the lucky winner. You know I've been thinking lately ..... in your estimation considering all factors: MM $5 .... Tues/Fri vs PB $2 to $3 .... Mon Wed Sat how much of a lead in jackpot would MM need for PB NOT to eventually match and surpass that jackpot and go on to a mega like Castro/Cal? I know I am not making my thoughts clear so let me put it this way: last night PB was 209 mil ..... and Fridays MM is 266 mil. For arguments sake let's say no one won pb last night .... an

$1.7 BILLION: Will Powerball create a Christmas billionaire?
Yeah, me too....we also have lucky 4 life (soon to be millionaire 4 life @ $5 ticket) but I only play it when pb mm are below 250 mil .... and even so I'll only play on Mondays and or Thursdays (as it was originally) and that's not concrete come 2026 when the switch/transformation occurs. We do have a mega bucks game in state .... that I play when it is $5 mil or above but again only when mm and pb are below 250 mil. I wonder if mm will be a record breaker come St Patty's Day? It might b

No winner again: Powerball jackpot hits $1.6 billion in longest-ever rollover run
Could be an indicator of lotto fatigue. Speaking of fatigue...... Im thinking of decreasing my lotto spending rather than increasing it for Monday. Anyone of the same mind on this board? I'm coming up with 1 ticket per 100 mil cash option = 7 lucky tickets w/ power play. On the other hand, I'm really playing for the jackpot ....I could go for 10 tickets w/out powerplay and save myself a dollar. Decisions decisions ! Have a shaggy day! ShagE

Good omen? Bird collision preceded NJ lottery winner's $90 million Mega Millions jackpot
They handed the clerk their ticket to check it, and the cashier waited for the crowd inside the store to disperse before showing the lucky customer the prize notice. People rant and rave about wanting to be anonymous. Then someone walks into a crowded store, hands over their ticket to the cashier to check their numbers - the same numbers that are all over the news, online, basically everywhere. Oh well, oh well, nothing left to say. Congratulations

Arkansas woman credits husband's $550,000 lottery win to his "diligence"
The real truth is that not all of us will win a jackpot. As such, to suggest that if one plays more and more they will eventually win is not necessarily true. On the flip side, not playing means that you won't win at all. Sometimes I think what would I do if I won, one thing that pops out often is that I would be very careful with my choice of words. Like any other player out there, I walked into a store, bought a ticket and got lucky. Nothing more, nothing less

Mega Millions jackpot closes in on $1 billion
14th-largest lottery jackpot in history By Todd Northrop The Mega Millions multi-state lottery game continued its jackpot run last night now approaching $1 billion when no tickets matched all six numbers. Last night nobody won the Mega Millions lottery drawing, triggering another jackpot rollover that created a Friday jackpot estimated at $965 million with a cash value of $445.3 million. To get to this massive size, the jackpot has been growing since it started on July 1 as a $50

New Millionaire for Life multi-state game coming in 2026
Mmh, some very interesting developments indeed. I wonder what the cash options would be. Currently for LFL, it's $5,750,0000 for the jackpot and $390,000 for the second prize. It's also interesting that one wins nothing for just matching the Lucky ball. Currently you get $4 for that. I will cross the bridge when we get there.

New Millionaire for Life multi-state game coming in 2026
I have been studying the game and working on a play list for Lucky For Life for the last couple of weeks. It now seems like my labor will be for nothing. It looks like this new game will have about 2 1/2 times worse odds for a 5 number hit *and* will have a 2 1/2 times higher ticket cost. Do the lottery people actually think nobody will notice? May the Deity of the players choice have mercy on those who fall for this because the lottery people will not. *** SMOOCH *** I have ju
