I don't need to purchase that many tickets. Whenever there is a promotion, I don't win. Its that simple. Even when the red ball was included, I lost a significant amount of times. Without any of them, I'd win and be in the green. A system I use tells me to do xyz, and I'm using it with success, but it does not work whenever there's a promotion.
