Calif. lotto winner remains hidden
Thanks for the info CalifDude. I looked at the state's website but could only find the change about making decisions at time of play. I have only looked at a few state websites but of them California's was the most informative.

Lottery scores triple-zeros twice in one day
computerized drawings can't be trusted because they might tally up the bets and program the computer to spit out a number that players bet on the least or not at all BUT califdude is right in a certain respect that maybe sometimes it is easier to predict an RNG state.everyone has their favorites.......

Calif. lotto winner remains hidden
Quote: Originally posted by MillionsWanted on July 18, 2006Even though the lottery is random, buying tickets in a store which sold a winning ticket seems like a waste of time. How big is the chance of this store to sell another winning ticket? It must be very low, though it probably has happened before.
Soon someone will say I am using a logical fallacy since the lottery is random...
People begin to buy from the store sold winning tickets because they think that sellers of that store c
