In the last year, the New Jersey Lottery has streamlined and redesigned its claim form, making it much easier for players to file claims. It also put in a new system where players can receive their claim payments through direct deposit. And, lastly, comes this exciting new cell phone payment system. Kudos to the executive director and his team that listened at last to years of player complaints about how long it took to get paid on claims above $600 or almost any claim for that matter.
