$167 million Powerball lottery winner arrested a THIRD TIME after burglarizing home for $12k
What is it about Lexington and Ashland KY winners? The latter being David Edwards. All those millions wasted and living in squalor in a storage shed? Oh the local media showed him on the news conference saying he promised to God he has changed his ways. Sadly he did not.

Kentucky $167.3 million Powerball jackpot winner arrested days after claiming prize
If memory serves me correctly, there was an August 2001 Powerball winner from Ashland,KY, who was also a convicted felon........ DAVID LEE EDWARDS .....How history repeats itself.
