One thing I truly miss is bump up to the jackpot like in the good old days. Gone for good I'd say. Considering that they've done it 4 times in the last 4 months it hardly seems like it no longer happens. Changing to 3 drawings per week has a minor effect, but the real issue is that lottery sales per drawing are generally slower than they used to be. Even so, the current PB run is a rare exception (as of now) for not bumping some of the jackpots for runs that made it past the billion dollar
