Ever since Powerball reached $1.5 B on 1/13/16, it has reached $758 M on 4/23/17 and all the other jackpots have been $560 M or lower. It's almost like they don't want the jackpot to get very big. After around 20 or so rollovers, like magic there is a jackpot winner. Maybe they should rename it Smallerball instead of Powerball. It is strange with this format as to why there isn't more bigger jackpots. Maybe they should eliminate the first 31 numbers and change the format
