Texas Lottery bans lottery courier services
My only concern is the Pick 3 game because it has the best odds for me. It seems that the Pick 3 game is involved in this law Texas put in place so they can have a monopoly on the lottery and/or they don't know any better. It seems they don't want other people like couriers to make money because they see them as competition.
To be clear I agree that it's a bad thing to allow players to buy jackpots in games that have jackpots. However, the pick 3 game does not have a jackpot. The amount

Over the course of the next month, New Jersey lottery players will have the opportunity to participate in free extra Pick 3 drawings.

Texas Senator threatens to defund the Texas Lottery
Can't get mad at the truth because that's exactly what they did.
Like there is nothing more important than making it illegal for people to play non-jackpot games (like the pick 3/4) online through couriers.
If they are mad at people buying jackpots then only apply to games that have jackpots that increase over time.
This law should not apply to the pick 3/4 games or any game that does not increase their prize amount.
It's flat out stupid to criminalize playing the pick 3/4 ga

Texas Lottery says NJ group tried to buy another Lotto Texas jackpot
Yeap. You get it.
This law includes banning nonjackpot games like the pick 3 just because they are mad people buying the jackpot for games that have prize amounts that increase over time. This has nothing to do with the Pick 3/4 games. They should not make it illegal for people to play the Pick 3/4 games online through couriers because there is no jackpot to buy.

Texas Senator threatens to defund the Texas Lottery
Again, I'm not here to disrespect you.
At this point I'm talking to the Texas pick 3 players.
While Pick 3 is not involved in the buyout or potential buyouts it's victim to being part of the blanket policy Texas put in place.
the Senate passed SB28 by a vote of 31-0, which would make it a criminal offense to play the lottery or facilitate playing the lottery by phone or through the Internet.
Texas made it a criminal offense to play the pick 3 game on the internet because of s

Ohio man has the "best day of his life" after winning the lottery twice in one day
Lotterologist nails it, starting with that $250 Pick 3 win from a 50-cent midday bet, which gave him the nudge for the $300K scratcher later, turning impulse into a massive payday. Three layers of luck in one day like that is the stuff of legends, especially since Pick 3 top prizes are straight plays matching all three digits in order. Guy from Chardon must still be pinching himself.

Texas Senator threatens to defund the Texas Lottery
I can answer that. Anyone can call them self a professional lottery player . And develop winning strategies.
Not true. A significant majority of players lose more than they win because they have not developed a winning strategy.
But buying 25 million + tickets containing all the possible combinations by conglomerates are not professional lottery players . They are simply gaming the system and cheating all the other players.
Buying the Jackpot ok I get it. However, my biggest issue i

Mississippi Lottery halts Cash 3 triple payout promotion one week in
Stack 47, the last paragraph I don't remember.
However go back I believe pre-pandemic. KY lottery had on pick 3/4 you could add a dollar to the play for the one off option. Notice how quickly that went away along with mechanical balls shortly thereafter? Asked one representative about one off and she said it wasn't popular. Was thinking, 'No it was too popular and folks WERE winning'. We won $5K pick 4 and $600 pick 3 all thanks to that extra dollar.
