Like there is nothing more important than making it illegal for people to play non-jackpot games (like the pick 3/4) online through couriers. If they are mad at people buying jackpots then only apply to games that have jackpots that increase over time. Notice how quickly that went away along with mechanical balls shortly thereafter? Asked one representative about one off and she said it wasn't popular.
