Jack-C, I tried your suggestion, but, I don't have that capability in my spreadsheet.
I did try your example Raven62, and it worked. All I have to do now is expand it to several @IF's to get the desired answer for any + , - , or = number situation.
Wish I had your know-how Raven62, It'd be a whole lot easier putting this together.

i made a mistake in my calculation. there are actually three people who gave the correct answer. i forgot to count raven62's post where he literally copied the correct odds from the state lottery website. sorry for missing your post raven62.

RAVEN62, Your idea about a mind stretching never returning to it's original size reminds me of a fat girlfriend I once had and the swimsuits she tried on in a shop while I waited . They never returned to their original size either .
