I only want to capture one set of them and it does NOT matter which one Anyways ..Game 2089 and 2088 I have two 8's. I want to write a 2 say next to Bingo 2 a coup

S.C. Millionaire Raffle Tickets & Close Calls
BazookaJoe, Thanks for help and advice. The information on this web sight overwhelms me, and I fell asleep at my computer last night reading all that I could. I enjoy the lottery and I participate for the enjoyment of winning something. Looking forward to the posting of winning numbers after a drawing makes me feel like a little kid again. Now that I am an adult, with some street smarts from trial and error growing up, I have faith/beleive in trying to figure out if there is a mathematica

Mathematics and the Lottery
BINGO....BINGO...BINGO...now that is what I am talking about...pen and paper...thats all I have used for over 20 plus years and it works just fine...in fact..I think I have learned more from using pen and paper and seeing what I have done....maybe its just a GENERATION GAP...kids today are so much smarter than we are with computers and how they work...its embarrassing my 12 year old daughter can operate a smart phone and a computer 100 times better than I can....because I am use to pen and paper

Improved odds of a 5W Powerball win, or coincidence?
The only way I have found to consistently lower the odds in PB or MM is to eliminate all prime numbers. Of the last 408 MM draws, this occurred in 1 out of 7 draws. If everyone stopped buying quick picks and made their own with a simple Bingo hopper, I don't think we would see as many huge jackpots. Most assuredly, more 5 of 6 winners.

Probability Question

I was trying to directly calculate the probability. So, then what would the probability of at least 2 digits (say 9) appearing in a particular drawing be?p(2 nines) = P(a 9 somewhere)*P(a 9 somewhere) =0.271*0.271 = 0.073441Also are there any good books or references out ther

RNG computer program
VLT gaming machines are usually equated more with games like bingo, pull-tabs, scratch-offs, or lotto. This is because there are a pre-determined number of winners, and players are competing with each other for a prize rather than against the house. There is also not necessarily a winner in each game. https://blog.what-is-gambling.com/2013/11/14/what-is-the-difference-between-video-lottery-terminals-and-slot-machines/
