The lottery ball machine (or RNG) doesn't decide in advance what the draw sequence will be. Draw sequence is something you can evaluate after the numbers have been drawn, but it's useless information. You don't win more money by betting on numbers to be drawn in a particular order. Any order will do. The machine does not choose numbers that were randomly selected in the last drawing, nor does it try to avoid choosing numbers that were randomly selected in the last drawing.
